Bancoora’s Mozzie & Nipper programs are all about children and parents having fun while learning about beach safety. The programs give children the opportunity to develop and progress their basic surf lifesaving skills as they progress through the age groups. It is the start of your child’s journey to becoming safe in the surf, developing into a Young Gun and potentially, a patrolling Surf Life Saver.
Preparations for the season are well underway. We are in the process of purchasing new gear and revamping some of our surf education to make the programs run smoothly for parents and children alike. We have Bancoora Nippers public and private Facebook pages and will sending out further details about the upcoming season in the coming weeks. The public page link is as follows:

Volunteering
Nippers is for families (not just the kids!) and is run entirely by volunteers the parents of Nippers! As a Nippers parent, it is important you are present and willing to contribute during the program.
Bancoora SLSC runs a small Nippers program, so we need all Nippers parents to pitch in to get everything done. Helping is a great example to your children, and they love having their parents involved.
